nah not dead in the water, but yeah, it helps. When I dropped a few words in Portuguese my gf was like: aww you’re trying. Even the best Brazilian dating sites can’t fix a language gap.

I’ll say it flat out: free is almost always garbage. If you want real conversations, stick to the best sites for Brazilian dating that charge a bit. Otherwise you’re just entertainment for bots.

hahaha same! ColombiaLady has those sugar daddy vibes. But I’ll defend LatiDate, cause that’s where I met my now-gf. We’ve been together for 9 months, she’s from Recife… Started as “just chatting on a Brazilian dating site,” then WhatsApp, then I flew down. Not every convo is gold, but if you filter, it’s one of the top Brazilian dating sites IMO.
