I know a Ukrainian family in my neighborhood, moved here bout 5 years ago. The dad grills the best shashlik on weekends, invites everyone over. Their daughter is datin my nephew now, shes got this positive outlook, always smilin and helpin out. Ukrainians I’ve met are resilient and kind-hearted, real gems.
30Haha, my best bud married a gal from Ukraine he met online. Been there for their wedding in Kharkiv, beautiful city with parks everywhere. People were dancin and singin traditional songs, so much joy. Shes brought so much culture into his life, like teachin him to make holubtsi. Total win! 🎉
20lol, knew a Ukrainian guy at the gym, beast mode but always jokin around. Told me bout the women back home bein always well-groomed, versatile and lovin outdoors. Positive peeps all the way, no drama just good times.
12My aunts hubby is Ukrainian, known him forever. Hes got this calm positive attitude, always fixin things and makes homemade wine. From what he says, the people there value deep conversations, nothing’s off the table with them, they’ll talk politics, relationships, whatever. and love fun traditions. There’s this funny village thing where on the second day of the wedding they stick the mother-in-law in a wheelbarrow and haul her off to the river “for a swim,” Makes me wanna find a ua bride.🤣
