Ok so I keep seeing a million lists of so-called best brazilian dating sites on google and every single one looks like copypaste junk. Half of them sound like they were written by bots, the other half try to get you to sign up for some free brazilian dating sites that look shady as hell.
I’ve actually been to Brazil before (Rio & Salvador, amazing time!), and yeah I’d like to actually meet someone legit there, but I’m not stupid. I don’t wanna throw money at some fake brazilian dating site that’s just gonna spam me with bikini pics from “hot singles nearby” who never reply.
So has anyone here actually used one of these online brazilian dating sites and got something out of it? Or is it all bots and scams..?

I was exactly where you’re at like 2 years ago. And yeah, 80% of Brazilian dating apps are total scams or dead zones. But I tried a bunch and some actually gave me results. Here is my own personal list of top Brazilian dating sites just because I’m feeling generous today:- LatiDate one surprised me. I signed up thinking it was just another generic Brazilian women dating site, but I ended up talking with two girls from Salvador who were real as hell. One of them even jumped on a video chat with me on day 3 (and trust me, that’s rare). It felt more like a real online Brazilian dating site, where the platform actually encourages conversations instead of keeping you stuck in endless “buy credits to chat more” loops.
- ColombiaLady – Yeah, the name throws ppl off. You may be like wtf, why is this on a list of the best Brazilian dating sites? But turns out tons of Brazilians use it. It’s got a massive userbase across Latin America, so it’s not just Colombians. Out of all the platforms I tried, this felt like a popular Brazilian dating site with actual activity, not just bots.
- GoChatty … Hands down the smoothest app of the bunch. It felt like a modern Brazilian dating app, not one of those old-school websites stuck in 2008. I liked that it had video and live chat built in, makes it harder for scammers to hide. Met a Sao Paulo girl here who was super real, and even though it didn’t go anywhere, the experience was night and day compared to free Brazilian dating sites where it’s just spam and empty profiles.

hahaha same! ColombiaLady has those sugar daddy vibes. But I’ll defend LatiDate, cause that’s where I met my now-gf. We’ve been together for 9 months, she’s from Recife… Started as “just chatting on a Brazilian dating site,” then WhatsApp, then I flew down. Not every convo is gold, but if you filter, it’s one of the top Brazilian dating sites IMO.

yeah man, with the right profile, you may be overwhelmed with chicks looking to get laid. That’s why I like GoChatty more! they push for cam calls, so you weed out scammers fast. LatiDate too, but GoChatty just feels more modern as a Brazilian dating app.

I’ll say it flat out: free is almost always garbage. If you want real conversations, stick to the best sites for Brazilian dating that charge a bit. Otherwise you’re just entertainment for bots.

nah not dead in the water, but yeah, it helps. When I dropped a few words in Portuguese my gf was like: aww you’re trying. Even the best Brazilian dating sites can’t fix a language gap.
