New Year Cross-Over Church Services: The New Madness Of Black People

Black people are the least successful people in the world. According to research, in USA white people are five times richer than black people. In the UK alone, half of young black males are unemployed. In Africa, poverty is the continent’s middle name. Yes, white people and racism can be blamed here and there for the suffering of the black people, but the truth is most of the suffering of the black race is self-inflicted. Black people refuse to think for themselves. One of the greatest gifts God gave to mankind is the ability to think critically but sadly, black people refuses to do this, always needing a “man of God” to think for them. Donald Trump is reported to have said black people are lazy, I think what he meant was that black people are cognitively lazy. It’s not a racist statement, it’s brutal truth.

Being the poorest people in the world, yet the most religious, believing that God should somehow miraculously bless them with wealth by going to church and yet they will always remain in poverty. Not long ago I was also part of the black circus of religion. Being in a black Pentecostal church made me completely retarded as I was no longer able to use my God-given mind to think for myself. I entered the church building with money and left it there thinking that would give me a breakthrough.

Today I watch in sadness as millions of my black brothers and sisters abandon their minds in the name of Church/God. As we are entering into the New Year, black people will be flocking to churches on 31st December for All Night Services dubbed The Crossovers leaving churches at early hours of the morning on New Years Day. Most of these Crossover services have nothing to do with the salvation of soul or seeking the face of God but rather claiming financial breakthroughs and miracles.

The Black Pastors, Spiritual Fathers and “Prophets” will be making the most of New Year’s Eve. For them, New Year is a time to make more millions as they tell their gullible followers to sow seeds so that they will be blessed in 2017. They will be telling single women that they will be getting married in 2017. People will be promised big breakthroughs, cars, houses, businesses, promotions etc. Everyone will be all hyped up at these freaky Crossover services.

0-1
New Year After New Year Black people is promised breakthroughs by mega-rich “prophets”.

Now the sad thing is these gullible followers were promised the very same thing the previous year. They were also told that 2016 was their year but at end of the year, they are exactly the same as they were the previous year, and the year after. No breakthroughs! No miracles! But they will still go again this New Years Eve for some fresh “anointing”. Is this not some mental illness?

In the UK prosperity false prophet, Uebert Angel has resorted to having Porn Star Ray J as his guest of honor at his CrossOver all night service just to pull the crowds. Ray J is the Black American who made Kim Kardashian rich and famous (through a sex tape) whilst being the loser in the end. Now Uebert Angel thinks it’s something worth bragging about that Ray J will be a guest of honor at his Crossover night service.

ray-j-kim-kardashian-main
Eubert Angel’s Crossover guest of honor Ray J is known for making Kim Kardashian famous through a sex-tape

Zimbabwe probably has the highest population of prosperity “prophets” in Africa even though it is now the second poorest country in the world. The poverty stricken people of Zimbabwe are obsessed with false prophets and spiritual Fathers.

Zimbabwe’s biggest Spiritual Father Ezekiel Guti has promised his millions of followers that 2017 is the year of “Having and not giving back what you already have”, whatever that means. False Prophet Walter Magaya will be holding his own Crossover Night where he is promising his blind followers prosperity. Another Zimbabwean False Prophet Eugene Makore who is always bragging on Facebook about his flashy cars has asked people to sow a seed (money) so that they receive their 2017 breakthroughs. The breakthroughs even come in packages, gold, silver, bronze, and platinum. These packages are according to how much money you give off course. With the platinum package, you get a chance to speak to Eugene Makore directly on the phone, which is supposed to be a “blessing”.

20161230_142804
2017 Breakthrough packages being sold by false prophet Eugene Makore

If you think Eugene Makore is barking mad, wait for this. Father of all false prophets in Africa Emmanuel Makandiwa is also doing a massive New Year Cross Over service for 2017 where he is promising even bigger financial miracles and breakthroughs. The gullible followers are being told to pay as much as $7000 for bigger blessings. Emmanuel Makandiwa is the spiritual son of TB Joshua who was humiliated in November 2016 after giving a false prophecy that Hillary Clinton would win the USA presidential elections. If Zimbabweans are able to make these “Men of God” millionaires, why then do they blame Robert Mugabe for poverty.

Below is a shocking video of a worker of Emmanuel Makandiwa asking people to give money for 2017 breakthroughs.

Zimbabwean Makosi Musambasi who shot to fame in 2006 after entering Big Brother UK now resides in Nigeria where she is now a teacher of the bible. She often tells people that if you don’t tithe (giving money in church) you will die poor. She will also be attending an all night Crossover Service by Nigerian Bishop Abioye where people are expected to bring empty bottles and be given “anointing oil” by their prophet.

0
Big Brother Makosi Musambasi is now a bible teacher in Nigeria who encourages black people to give to the church lest they die in poverty

As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, white people are more successful financially than black people simply because they use their brains, its that simple. God doesn’t grant you success because you have paid money in church or fasted. Mark Zuckerberg didn’t pray and fast to become a billionaire, he simply used his intelligence and added hard work to it. No Papa had to lay his hands on him to invent Facebook.

So for those single women who have been promised husbands by their “prophets”, forget what Papa has said and just get out more, and maybe stop putting too much makeup that you are barely recognisable, and surely you will meet someone. For those who want financial breakthroughs, work hard, be innovative and maybe use your God given talents to get to your destiny. You don’t need special anointing oil from a “Prophet” to be successful.

2017 will just like any other year. You make it special by your own efforts. It won’t be a year of breakthroughs or whatever stupid themes  your “prophets” promises you.

Until black people are able to think for themselves, work hard, identify opportunities, take  a risk in entering into new areas, they will continue to be impoverished hence a nitch market for self-styled prophets to be richer. For 2017 start by celebrating New Year in your own houses. Stop this New Year Cross-Over madness. You will save yourself a lot of money that you will surely need throughout the month of January as you recover from Christmas spending. Happy New Year my readers!

    1. Jean, it is wonderful to be you isn’t it. All perfect and holier than holy. You are so perfect to the point that you sat in ouse and decided who can I the Queen of holiness find today to judge on their mistakes and how they don’t deserve God’s grace. Well even Jesus knew none of us was perfect not even Ray J, that He actually calculated his sins and found them worthy to die for in the artist place, like he did with yours and mine. It’s not your job to judge leave the judging be to God. If you see a man of God as a prophet welcome a man deemed so sinful, then see it as a sign from God that He does not worry of such silly issues like what we worry about.

      Next time encourage, not criticise.

      Concerned Reader.

      1. The most ridiculous comment by an ignorant Christian who cannot even write correct English. Poorly schooled. Well my point to you is, no one is judging anyone other than stating the obvious. Stupid Christians get offended when the truth is state.
I am glad I’m no longer as ignorant as Christians. I’m now an atheist, very knowledgeable about the bible.

      2. Dear Jean Gasho.

        You are right that many are blindly following a corrupted prosperity gospel that appeals to the flesh. The bible says many will turn to false prophets who preach to tickle their ear;
        2 Timothy 4:3
“For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear”¨

Jesus himself said there would be many false prophets:
        Matthew 24:4-6
“4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.”

Jesus himself said there would be two churches ; the WISE and the FOOLISH. The foolish went to buy oil. Right now they are busy buying and the false merchants of anointing oil are making a killing:
        Matthew 25New International Version (NIV)

The Parable of the Ten Virgins
25 “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish and five were wise. 3 The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. 4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.

6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’

7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’

9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’

10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.

11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’

12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’

13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.”

        The BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD AND WE MUST USE IT AS OUR BALANCE AND IF YOU MEASURE WHAT IS BEIGN DONE IN THE NAME OF JESUS you will see many IMPOSTORS ENTERED THE HOUSE AND THEY ARE BLIND GUIDES, DEFILING MANY AND BEING DEFILED THEMSELVES;
Matthew 23:16 “Woe to you, blind guides! You say, ‘If anyone swears by the temple, it means nothing; but anyone who swears by the gold of the temple is bound by that oath.’
        Matthew 15:13-14
“13 He replied, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. 14 Leave them; they are blind guides.[a] If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

They promise them freedom when they themselves are slaves of depravity:
        2 Peter 2:18-20

“18 For they mouth empty, boastful words and, by appealing to the lustful desires of the flesh, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error. 19 They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.” 20 If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and are overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning.”

        YES, THERE IS TOO MUCH CORRUPTION, PORN, SEXUAL SIN, OCCULT, EVIL IN THE CHURCH! THE CHURCH IS THE WORST PROSTITUTE ON EARTH RIGHT NOW! THEY ARE PREACHING ANOTHER GOSPEL. JESUS NEVER PREACHED THE SELLING OF ANOINTING OIL. NO! HE BEAT THOSE WHO WERE SELLING IN THE TEMPLE GROUNDS;
        John 2:13-15New International Version (NIV)

        Jesus Clears the Temple Courts
“13 When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. 15 So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.”

THIS IS THE HOUR TO BE WISE or FOOLISH!
JOB 28:28 DEFINES TRUE WISDOM. THAT IS THE WISDOM LACKING IN THE CHURCH. THEY HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD, THAT IS WHY THEY ARE DOING ALL THE NONSENSE YOU SEE:
        Job 28:28

“28 And he said to the human race,
“The fear of the Lord—that is wisdom,
and to shun evil is understanding.”

        THE MESSIAH IS COMING AND THE WHOLE BIBLE IS ABOUT THAT. REVELATION 16:15. HE IS COMING LIKE A THIEF AND MANY WILL BE LEFT BEHIND BECAUSE OF THE NUDITY, COMEDY, REPULSIVE WORSHIP THEY ARE BUSY WITH WORSHIPING THE GOLDEN CALF OF PROSPERITY;
        ts
Exodus 32:1 [ The Golden Calf ] When the people saw that Moses was so long in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said, “Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.”

THE MESSIAH IS COMING FOR A HOLY CHURCH:
        Hebrews 12:14New International Version (NIV)

        Warning and Encouragement
14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

        Revelation 16:15

15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

INDEED, MANY WILL BE EXPOSED ON THAT DAY AND THERE WILL BE WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH:
Matthew 8:12 But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

        Matthew 22:12-14New International Version (NIV)

12 He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

13 “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

14 “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”

IT IS WISE TO GO OUT FROM THE FAKE CHURCHES. SEEK THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND. WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT THE CHURCH IS IN DARKNESS. OUR GOD IS HOLY, AND HE DEMANDS THAT WE WORSHIP IN HOLINESS, NOT COMEDY!

GOD IS SO HOLY! HE IS SEPARATED FROM SIN! THIS IS THE HOUR TO PREPARE WELL FOR THE COMING OF THE MESSIAH WHEN YOU SEE ALL THE NONSENSE GOING ON IN THE CHURCH. SEPARATE FROM THAT EVIL, THAT FILTH !
REPENT AND TURN AWAY FROM ALL SIN.
        THE MESSIAH IS COMING!
        THE KING IS COMING!
PREPARE THE WAY IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HOLINESS THROUGH REPENTANCE OF SIN.-

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

    3. This only shows that people take prosperity to mean a financial increse, material increase, etc. Think of spiritual prosperity, Jesus said “to store our riches in heaven, not on earth, where niether moth nor rust can go in n destroy, or thieves can steal” there are people who have everything they want in this world, but are not rich toward God. The story of the rich man n Lazarus speaks for itself. Some people cannot even enjoy their so call riches here on earth, lateron in heaven. Only God knows those who are His.

  1. Hi Jean,

I enjoyed reading your blog and really agree with a lot of the stuff you mention in this article.

As a born again Christian who has tried to run from the theatrics which African people are subjected to, I initially chose to attend a multi denominational church. This shielded me from all the unnecessary demands to give money etc that some people have been subjected to.

I believe that people should give to God out of a relationship and not because everyone else is doing so. Giving that leaves you feeling robbed is in actual fact robbery.

In my current church we firmly believe that when Jesus was hanging on the cross, He was not thinking about how much money He can get from people. He died for our souls and not our pockets.
The focus should be on people giving their lives to Christ first before giving their money. We have had Sundays, in my current place of worship, where we have gone back home without giving offerings because we believe that God does not need our money (the Bible says he owns the silver and gold and He is not to be worshipped as though He needed anything). Our mandate as the church is to preach the true gospel (the message of the cross, the salvation of souls and encouraging people to rise up and become who God intended them to be). If we say God is a provider, then the proof has to be seen in our own lives first before we start jumping up and down for people to give. We focus on salvation, faith, righteousness and the fact that open doors means hard work.

So take heart, there still is a remnant out there, seeking to make the Name of God and Jesus known amongst the nations.

My prayer has always been that the Lord Himself will arise to defend the Glory of His Name in places where it is being profaned.

Don’t lose heart, there is a remnant which has not bowed to the god of mammon.

    God bless.

    1. A critical and interesting response to a problem not unique to black people. White people are also being fleeced by unscrupulous pastors.

Blacks in America have a unique history that has a direct bearing on their current state of marginalization and thus to use them in your article is not fair.

Try and argue your case without bringing colour into it. In any case it is only a small fraction of Blacks who subscribe to these so called pseudo prophets and apostles.

  3. The level of generalisation in this article makes it completely invalid and just as bad as the scenarios analysed! Blacks are as they are because of historical teachings and colonisation by white people! A thorough perusal of history will tell you how gospel (esp Christianity), was used to subdue the colonised.
However, certainly not ‘all’ blacks are subject to that teaching or mentality.

    1. God’s child please note: the Bible says do not judge, but in 1 Jn 4:1 says believe not every spirit. But try the spirits whether they are from God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
So when you try using the Word and not your opinion you are judging but obeying God.
I am a pastor and don’t agree with a lot of practices because they are not supported by the Word of God.
Let us start by Mat 28:20…. Teaching them to obey all things whatsoever I have commanded You…
Many of the practices today are not commanded by Jesus e.g the use of water. Where does it come from?
I don’t care if it is helping people the magicians of Egypt were also helping Pharaoh.
I made a joke in one service that because our church is growing people should baptise themselves and come to church. The congregation object and pointed me to Mat 28:19 Go… Baptising them… So we agreed that the Lord instructed ministers to baptise and not the other way round.
I then took them to James 5:14 is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. If it is ridiculous for people to baptise themselves because the word does not teach that, why then oil are sold to individuals to anoint themselves. The word elders to anoint….???!!
The Lord said you will know them by their fruits not gifts
And if I see a fruit of disobedience to the teachings of the Bible, then you are a false one. I am not judging you but the Word judges you.
Deut 13:2 if a prophet arise and what he prophesied come to pass, but if turns you to idolatry (worship of idols or man) don’t pay attention to them. There is a lot of idolatry with many prophets today – either you worship them by bowing or calling them with big names or they give you something to put your trust in above the name of Jesus.
Lastly listen to what Apostle Paul said – a man that had more revelation than other prophets: 1 Cor 15:9 I am least of the apostles… Eph 3:8 I am less than the least of all the saints… This is a sign of humility for a true servant of God, not what we see today people claiming to greater apostles, major prophets, etc.
To apply the teachings of the Bible is not judging but obeying… You will know them by their fruits!!!!!

Now to undestand all these you have to understand african politics…People lives in fear, those in africa those in some parts its racism…Now the concept of night of prayers or cross over is not wrong… the problem is to differentiate between the false prophets and the real ones…

For once I so much thought people were going to give Jean a round of applause considering how the church has been maimed, tarnished by greedy people who claim to have a vision and called of God to give service. I have been in pentercoastal churches, different denominations and pretty high offices. Tell you what, these guys are not straight! They do not care about people and use the name of God in vain. I really do not like this movement and Jean you have a clear analysis and observation about these people. More of your writing will surely help some. Thanks Jean

  12. I am 39, was born into and grew up in a Christian home in northern Nigeria. We went to new year cross-over service every year and I do not recall any hype, seed sowing for prosperity, prosperity prophesies and the likes as you mentioned. Service started at around 9:30 on the 31st and ended just past 12 midnight. We sang, people shared testimonies of God’s goodness during the year and time was given to prayer and reflection towards the new year (wow black people reflecting!) Words of encouragement were shared, we celebrated after a countdown and wished each other a happy new year. There were no “prophets” there to lay hands on anyone and no offerings taken. I live abroad now and went home to visit recently and enjoyed a similar service. I don’t think there is anything wrong with crossing over in church just like others cross over in mass gatherings, bars and clubs.
All I am saying is you should get your facts right and not generalise like that’s what ALL black people do. There are still many churches Africa holding services similar to the kind I experienced growing up and described above. Perhaps you should also reconsider your title as I don’t think something that has been going on for decades can be referred to as new. What’s new is the bastardisation of new year cross-over services hence shifting focus from good practice and attracting negative attention and negative blogs!

    1. All,

Great points–for reflection–have been raised in this article. While I don’t agree completely with the Author’s opinion that “black people are cognitively lazy”, I must, however, acknowledge her efforts to expose these ‘profits’ masquerading as prophets: well done for the clear explanation!

I believe the issue with us Sub-Saharan Africans is that we seem to fetishize religion, and thus religious leaders. We are taught to never question our beliefs, let alone those who superintend over our places of worship, the Pastors, the Priests, etc.Do not get me wrong: I am not saying there is something wrong with being religious, rather I am saying there is everything wrong with being ‘too religious’.

Personally, while I admire Makandiwa as a preacher greatly, I tire of the way he is fetishised by others, particularly his followers or children, as they normally put it, as if he were the definitive authority on matters moral and religious.

It’s funny that most of ‘religious’ leaders mentioned in this piece while they have been previously exposed as amoral, unfeeling, self-serving, despicably conscience-less human beings, they still command a huge following. And they still manage to persuade decent clean-living individuals to surrender their hard-earned money as seed for more blessing, it’s mind boggling.

I am sure we all have heard of one guy who ‘seeded’ his Bentley with Hubert Angel–I honestly do not know what this guy was thinking when he willingly gave his car to someone. Was this not tantamount to offering an inducement to dishonestly persuade someone–God in this case–to act in one’s–the ‘seeder, the Bently onwer’, favour. Which is bribery.

Surely, these profits are teaching people that you can bribe God! That you can actually buy salvation!

  15. You have raised very important points here, well observed as well.

Africa is suffering with poverty because we are failing to stand up to our God given gifts and use them constructively. Its so sad that we have abundance of natural resources that we are failing to exploit to our advantage. Colonisation in Africa cannot be a total excuse for our failure to economically uplift ourselves, it happened because we were lacking somewhere and it may still happen (economically) if we are still lacking somewhere. I mean whichever country was colonized at a certain stage had a certain weakness and those who colonized it took advantage of the weakness. The same princople applies today in business, politics and religions – someone is always ready to take advantage of your weakness.

Great Economies are built by hard work. Hard work which produces lasting results for generations requires good leadership. Africa is crying for leadership that is not “corrupt” and everything else will begin to fall into its right places. Currently we have the wrong people in the right leadership positions, we have leaders who are hungry for power and control while sacrificing infrastructural and technological development which is the biggest difference Africa has with other developed and developing continents.

For my beautiful country Zimbabwe all that is needed to get our economy working again is to first:
    # Weedout corruption compeletely by having longterm jail sentences for such cases
    # Revise our economic polices so that they become friendly to the business people of the world (i.e. the 51% indiginization policy that is currently benefiting a few individuals)
    # Invest in technological advancement by fully funding local innovations that meet our local needs first.

If we seriously put just these three pointers to work then our creativity will be fully unleashed and nothing will ever hinder us again.

For those who think religion/prophets can lead people to salvation/heaven or that success/greatness can be bought by prayers/tithing without one’s direct personal effort i can only say its all an ILLUSION.

  18. Jean I agree with you. The reactions I’m seeing here from “Christians” leave a lot to be desired. Their comments do not show Christ the Hope of Glory in them. I personally find it disturbing that none of them could find a verse to counter your argument if it is unfounded! Let me draw them to Acts 2:42 which clearly shows how a disciple of Christ ought to conduct them self. We can argue intelligence and grammar and whose son this one or that one is, it won’t change the fact that there is a problem and Jean just presented it. I personally don’t follow any of these men because I read my bible which tells me that the only way to God is through Jesus. The same bible that has 2Thesalonians4:11 encourages work and not miracles. People need to flee from the wrath of God to come as depicted clearly in Zephaniah 1:1-15. God has already blessed us, we need to work with those talents He gave us. My desire is that all men be saved truly. Matthew6:33 clearly tells us how we must go about our lives. I urge people to ask for Wisdom from God and not men because He gives graciously to all men. Pray for a sound mind as shown in 2Timothy1:7. I don’t need to criticize anything you wrote or your intelligence Jean because at times it is necessary to step on a few toes to make a point John 2:15. Good work Jean.

  21. 19 of the worlds poorest countries are in Africa and of those 19 Countries less than 20% identify as Christians. While on the face of it your argument and points make sense, they are fundamentally misguided. Africa has all the minerals sold on the world market, the diamonds are valued by everyone but Africans. Africans do not control the world markets, food aide is controlled and every bit of the Geopolitical structure was set for Africa before Africa ever thought of civilization

To you and many who support you Christians are poor because of a Pastor, that makes for a good scape goat. I attended a Church with 98% white folk and then Pastor is who yet some are poor so how does that connect to black folk?

Poverty has no discrimination, the structural foundations of poverty in Africa we set in place way before anyone could ever know what was happening and it is unfortunate that the leaders who have come to power have sought their own benefit than their people.

We have educated rich Christian black folk out there as much as we have the poor so please do not beat the drum on the failures and ignore the successes that have followed black Christian folk. You may not like Pastors, Prophets and all their folk but never critize one an operation you have not taken time to understand, spend time with or be involved in. You haven’t met Prophet Angel, I have, I do not attend his Church but I respect him for the man that he is.

Stay in your own lane and seek to understand before you seek to be heard.

  22. Jean, let’s first of all establish that there are people who attend these churches in real search of spiritual fulfilment rather than prosperity. But there are also those looking for material prosperity among other needs. I agree with most of what you said but not everything. I wouldn’t agree that black people alone are lazy. There are hard working people and lazy people just as there are good people and bad people wherever you go on the globe, in communities and in every home. Also if these pastors are able to extract large sums of money from their followers to enrich themselves it means the congregants have money. If one group is campaigning for people to pay as much as $7000 and $77,000 it means they know there are people in the congregation who can pay. These members of the church work hard to make their money. There would also be ordinary low income members who also contribute their quota and of course there will be unemployed people also in these congregations. Unemployed people are not necessarily lazy. So your provocative statement that “black people are lazy” is wrong and you need to apologize to the black race. The question is “why do these prosperity preachers, most of whom are false prophets (and I agree to that), get away with their schemes and scams? Why do people continue to follow them and give to them the little or much they have worked hard for in exchange for prayers for all types of needs? IGNORANCE is the answer. We Christians, generally, are lazy. We do not pray regularly as we should and want our pastors to pray on our behalf. We do not study the bible for ourselves and participate in bible study so we are ignorant. In the bible God says “My people perish for lack of knowledge”. We don’t study the bible to gain knowledge for ourselves. How many Christians know from the bible how to recognize a false prophet? How many of us know and believe that through Christ’s death and resurrection we can pray directly to God, and through Christ, we can make our petitions to God and that our simple prayers when offered sincerely will be accepted by God? How many of us know that we cannot buy God’s love or grace and that we need to first seek the kingdom of God and it’s righteousness and all other things will be added to us? How many of us know and believe that when Jesus said it is finished on the cross, and bowed His head and died, he nailed our infirmities and problems to the cross and therefore each of us can pray and believe and receive our healing? There is nothing wrong with asking your priest to join you in prayers but nowhere in the bible did people have to pay for healing or for prayers. How many of us know that Christianity is about salvation and not about prosperity? It is about faith and obedience to God. I could go on and on but time and space will not permit. I will urge all of us Christians to read Jesus’s prophecy in Mathew 24 but especially vs 23-27. Just before Jesus returns “false Messiahs and false prophets will appear; they will perform great miracles and wonders in order to deceive even God’s chosen people. Listen, I have told you this before the time comes” And Jean these false prophets are not only in Africa. They are on every continent and from every race. Their followers too are not only blacks but belong to every race. I believe the richest of them are in America including white, black, Asian, Hispanic and others. Christians, let us be more concerned about our salvation and work hard fir a living because 2 Thess 3:10 says “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat”. Let us study the bible to increase in faith. Let us believe the Word and put our faith to works. Let us practice obedience to God so that we can appropriate all the promises of God. God bless us all.

As a Born Again, Full Gospel Pentecostal Christian of 35 years standing, not affiliated with any Organized Church, I believe in the Divine Prosperity Doctrine myself. What I do not believe is that any of the people currently Teaching It and Believing in It are qualified to benefit from It.

Whereas the Supernatural Power of God is real, It is not something that is casually available.

The people who experienced the Supernatural Touch of God on The Bible either served God their whole life, or else came in contact with a Man of God who had uprightly served God his whole life.
    . LUKE 16:1-15.

AND he said also unto his Disciples,

“There was a certain rich man,
    which had a steward;
and the same was accused unto him
that he had wasted his goods.
    2. “And he called him, and said unto him,

    ‘HOW IS IT THAT
    I HEAR THIS OF THEE?
    GIVE AN ACCOUNT
    OF THY STEWARDSHIP;
    FOR THOU MAYEST BE
    NO LONGER STEWARD.’

    3. “Then the steward said within himself,

    ‘WHAT SHALL I DO?
FOR MY LORD TAKETH AWAY FROM ME
    THE STEWARDSHIP:
    I CANNOT DIG,
    TO BEG I AM ASHAMED.
    4. ‘I AM RESOLVED WHAT TO DO,
    THAT, WHEN I AM
    PUT OUT OF THE STEWARDSHIP,
    THEY MAY RECEIVE ME
    INTO THEIR HOUSES.’

    5. “So he called every one
of his lord’s debtors unto him,
    and said unto the first,

‘HOW MUCH OWEST THOU UNTO MY LORD?’

    6. “And he said,

    ‘AN HUNDRED MEASURES OF OIL.’

    And he said unto him,

    ‘TAKE THY BILL,
    AND SIT DOWN QUICKLY,
    AND WRITE FIFTY.’

    7. “Then said he to another,

    ‘AND HOW MUCH OWEST THOU?’

    And he said,

    ‘AN HUNDRED MEASURES OF WHEAT.’

    And he said unto him,

    ‘TAKE THY BILL,
    AND WRITE FOURSCORE.’

    8. “And the lord commended the unjust steward,
    because he had done wisely:
for the Children of this World
    are in their Generation
wiser than the Children of Light.
    9. “And I say unto you,

    ‘MAKE TO YOURSELVES FRIENDS
    OF THE MAMMON
    OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS;
    THAT, WHEN YE FAIL,
    THEY MAY RECIEVE YOU
    INTO EVERLASTING HABITATIONS.’

    10. “He that is Faithful
    in that which is Least
    is Faithful also in Much:
and he that is Unjust in the Least
    is Unjust also in Much.
    11. “If therefore ye have not been
    Faithful in the Unrighteous Mammon,
who will commit to your trust
    The True Riches?
    12. “And if ye have not
    been Faithful
    in that which is
    another man’s,
    who shall give you
    that which is your own?
    13. “No Servant can
    serve two Masters:
for either he will hate the one,
    and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one,
    and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.”

    14. And the Pharisees also,
    who were Covetous,
    heard all these things,
    and they derided him.
    15. And he said unto them,

    “Ye are they
    which justify yourselves
    before Men;
    but God knoweth
    your hearts:
    for that which is
    Highly Esteemed amongst Men
is Abomination in The Sight of God.”

THE SECRET OF CHRISTIAN ENSLAVEMENT IS VERY SIMPLE: There are 613 Commandments of God in The Law of God by Moses: without careful upbringing and training, everybody is guilty of SOMETHING. The act of Repentance reduces a person to a SUGGESTIBLE STATE, in which they can been induced to CHOOSE A PATH TO FOLLOW, called, by Kenneth Copeland, a “QUALITY DECISION.”

The lay person, unfamiliar with the mechanics of mental phenomena, will be completely unaware of the DEADLY TRAP that is being set before them. The Quality Decision is made in a state of mental agitation- as if the brains were reduced to a PLASTIC STATE- in which it is MOLDED into the shape the Religious Leader wants it to have. Once they “SET,” they can only be “RESET” by inducing the same Plastic State again.

This is very difficult to do by oneself, to oneself, when one does not even know that of is necessary.

There are professionally-trained persons who are somewhat expert in resetting brains to their “Default Settings;” they are called “DEPROGRAMMERS,” a term coined by the notorious Ted “BLACK LIGHTNING” Patrick in the 1980s.

The difference between a Converted Servant of God and a Church Cult Slave lies in whether they actually obey The Gospel Taught by Yahshua in Its entirety, or whether they allowed their chosen leader to “excuse them” from obeying the entirety of Commandments that we “owe” God.

That is how they create the False Sense-of-Obligation and Gratitude- whereas, in reality, they have not given them anything. Thus is his they create the Bondage.

Yahshua predicted this in that Parable Teaching.

  24. I don’t know how to classify the church leaders as to who is false or not, but it took Israel about 1500 yrs to establish a meaningful kingdom. In between and even after they became a kingdom they had to learn from others – like the 70yrs Babylon exile.

From the history of Israel we learn that knowledge is blocked if u ar on foreign ground or if u apply ur mind on what is not urs, like Daniel in Babylon or Moses who both required the intervention of their ArchAngel Michael(Dan10v13). But the positive thing about Jews was, they never departed from the God of their fathers hence Michael would appear for them in foreign lands.

If we shld excell as blacks, I think we better consider what we feed our minds with, in regard of our ancestry(Mal4v6), like Jews are always cogniscent of, and they do exploits as a result(Dan11v32).

Rome and England did not take the gospel like us Africans did. They have representatives of their own blood who they put in the place of the Son of David, in the Pope and The Queen. Africans don’t have such, but they worship as though they have Jewish blood running in them, yet the Bible says life is the blood(Lev17v11).

Our life to excell is in our blood and it only works once we acknowledge it and work to invoke it in our worship for inspiration. David and Solomon became great Kings in their time by doing what Abraham did 1500yrs before them – sacrificing on stone alters. Kind of primitive, but that’s what inspired them and brought about the change they required to change the world of their time.

Guess we can learn from them, rather than fooling ourselves. The truth is, the righteous inherit the land, not heaven(Psm37v29), like Noah did(Heb11v7). Invention is part of exploits promised to those who know their God(Dan11v32). Great economies are driven by inventions.

  25. I am a child of God and I believe in Him. Jean I will advise you not to talk evil of anybody either a man of God or whosoever, only God is the Right Judge, my tithes and offerings are according to what my Bible tells me to do, whether the Pastor use it to buy something in the store or not is no longer my business. I am giving because God gave first, the air I breath, the protection I got and all other favor and mercies, I don’t pay a dime for them so if I give my tithes and offerings am just thanking God and can be used for whatever, God don’t spend Dollars. I have given and know God had accepted it. Leave all judgment to God after all none will die and go with his/her wealth, we came naked and will return same. Remember what the Bible says,” What will profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul.” Your salvation is the most important thing not wealth, blessings are not having many cars, houses, big businesses, good health is a big blessing, if you are poor but have good health, you are richer than a multi-millionaire with poor health. Writing articles that will make people think you are intelligent is not it, your salvation is important and it’s personal, don’t wait for people’s accolades, don’t let them push you to wrath of God, write what will benefit humanity not what will turn people away from serving God. Let people decide who they will follow….. fake prophets or true men of God. God bless you.

  26. God’s child please note: the Bible says do not judge, but in 1 Jn 4:1 says believe not every spirit. But try the spirits whether they are from God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
So when you try using the Word and not your opinion you are not judging but obeying God.

Thanks Jean!!!!! Sound the watchtower trumpet!!!

I can list numerous biblical accounts that would have made Peter and Jesus false according to your standards Jean and your sympathizers. I read through the article and the responses and it is clear you are still naive and a bit immature to receive both constructive and negative criticism. there’s is more to say concerning the kingdom of God, it’s economy, laws and servants. We have only one life on earth and because of that we have to inspired of God to write lest we entangle yourselves in blasphemous writings and miss the mark. If you are a woman of God like you say you will receive a rebuke with joy as Solomon puts it. before attacking bishops, pastors, evangelists, prophets and apostles try and route yourself in the Word and proclaim it. proclaim the gospel first and that’s your immediate calling. we will talk about Africa and africans when you are ready.

    1. NDINI it is true that “Jesus too sat in one of the synagogues and watched men give into the treasury. the poor lady gave all she had and Jesus spoke well of her”… But with todays “man of God” recognitions and prayer is for those who can give more. The poor like this woman are not even given a chance one on one with the man of God. I have been to a service with my last R50 and the pastor announced offering not less than R100 not accepted. And look who receive special prayers not poor ladies like this one

Really who would waste time reading your STUPID blog. I just saw the topic and as I scrolled down, I saw that you even said Prophet TB Joshua is Makandiwas spiritual son, which is a LIE!!! When you say Africans don’t think, does that include your extremely dark and very African boyfriend, children, father, mother brothers etc. Its sad that you are displayng your self hate on the internet. I know that you have been hate by your BLACK Pastor MASOCHA, BLACK Congregates in that church, BLACK Ex Husband ( I have always wondered why he never supported you, but I have quite an idea now, I can’t blame him) BLACK Sisters – in laws, BLACK Mother in laws, Your BLACK father I understand IS MENTALLY DISTURBED, It looks like all these BLACK people have let you down, so you have to castigate them, throw all black people into the PIT of fire. You have to leave the BLACK continent. I can see that you are so full of self hate, resentment, hatred, bitterness, but the worst of all is self hate. You need prayers and councilling. You desperately need that. I am sure you even hate this continent, preferring to live in that grey, cold place, in order for you to mingle with caucasians. Grow up, But also you need to survive. How is the racial discrimination over there? Don’t tell me the owners of that country have changed? You also need to THINK!!! You lack that a lot

  31. It’s about Black emancipation here. It’s not true that life is lived once. The Jesus that has been idolised, demonstrated that life is eternal. Until we view life this way, we will never be free. Our level of thinking will remain shallow and our impact in the World will never exceed one lifetime as we are professing to be the span of life. They(Whites) make impact that strand generations, and we shld emulate that if we are to compete with them and win where we deserve to. In the spiritual realm faith counts.

For a start, we must interpret the Bible from an African perspective. The reality that we are drawing differently from the same source as evidenced by our different testimonies, shows something is not right. I honestly believe, it is in the way we interpret the sacred writings. They have defined everything, including us, for us. It’s high time we revisit certain doctrines. Not true to say they were set by God. That is to scare people, for fear of opposing the gods, lest one dies. But he who tries to preserve his life, or shrink from death, will in fact lose it.

Insulting Jean will not solve the African problem. Let’s face it head on. She went through what she went through and it must serve as an eye opener for the rest. I don’t think she hates blacks because the outcome of her campaign, should it be heeded, would be for the good of Africa.

I think she emphasised on the opening of eyes. Which is good. This may turn out to be another scenario of farm slaves against house slaves if we are not careful. The advantaged silencing the those threatening their privileges, but short lived though.

    1. Edmore your statement…..Not true to say they were set by God…is not true. The Bible was written by man inspired by God. Show me a book written by more than 40 authors who lived in different times – hundreds of years apart – who agree on their teachings. The Bible is not for “private interpretation” and does not favor one nation over another. The favor is based on obedience and God’s sovereignty

Why you should not take the Bible literally

TOPICS: Why four gospels? – no use for blind faith – look beyond literal interpretations – only within can you hear the comforter – four gospels written for different purposes – true meaning of “virgin” – deliberate mistranslation to set Jesus above other people – Jesus denounced salvation through an outer church – look within you for Jesus and the comforter –

Question: Beloved Jesus, could You comment on this fragment from Matthew’s Gospel? As I see, in a dictation given by Mother Mary when she released her very first Rosary in this new dispensation, she told, that union between her and Joseph was physical, but with the participation of Holy Spirit, but this Gospel says that it was without participation of Joseph. Is this a lie? You know, that I usually go away of this fact (because I’m a member of Russian Orthodox Church), and I don’t think it is important for my spiritual growth, even I am afraid to think about this, but now it’s a critical point and I ask You, Beloved Jesus, please put the things on their places and help me.

18 This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.
19 Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet:
23 The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel—which means, “God with us.”
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.
25 But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

Answer from ascended master Jesus through Kim Michaels:

Let me take this as another opportunity to comment on the common belief among Christians that the official gospels must somehow be the infallible word of God and that they fell from the sky in their present form. If the gospels really are the infallible word of God, then why are there four gospels? Why not simply give one gospel that contains everything you need to know? Furthermore, even though the gospels have many similarities, they also have some differences, even some contradictions. Why run the risk of creating confusion and doubt, why not simply give forth one gospel?

I know many Christians will not acknowledge that there are inconsistencies and contradictions in the gospels, but take a look at the following quotes concerning how I first appeared to my disciples after my resurrection.

    Matthew, Chapter 27:

1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.

    Mark, Chapter 16:

9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

    Luke, Chapter 24:

13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.

15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.

    John, Chapter 20:

11 But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,

14 And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.

I fail to see how anyone can read these quotes and still hold on to the belief that the four gospels are the infallible word of God. It is impossible to explain away the inconsistencies and contradictions in these quotes. Now, there are those who will say that such inconsistencies have no impact on their faith, but that is an attitude that is both constructive and non-constructive.

I am in no way pointing out the flaws in the gospels in order to destroy people’s faith. However, I would very much like to see people go beyond blind faith and come to a faith that is based on understanding, even inner knowledge. As I said:

Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. (Matthew 15:14)

It is not constructive that people maintain the blind belief that the Bible must be infallible, for it prevents them from going beyond literal interpretations. And without going beyond the surface, how can you develop a deeper faith based on understanding? Why do you think I said to my own disciples:

14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:
15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.
16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? (Matthew, Chapter 7)

I expected my original disciples to look beyond superficial interpretations, and I expect the same of my modern disciples. The sad fact is that those who maintain their blind belief in the infallibility of the Bible have adopted the same mindset as the lawyers of old, namely the people I denounced as follows:

Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered. (Luke 11:52)

Blind faith in the outer word and a refusal to look beyond a literal interpretation of that word was what I denounced in the scribes and Pharisees when I said:

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:20)

Blind faith prevents you from finding the key of knowledge, which can only be found by going beyond the outer word, by going within yourself, which is why I said:

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17:21)

If you do not go within, how can you hear the directions of the comforter that I have sent to help all people understand the inner meaning of my teachings:

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; (John 14:16)

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (John 14:26)

The Comforter can teach you nothing as long as your mind is closed to anything beyond the official scriptures and a literal interpretation of them. And when you do open you mind, you will realize that the four official gospels did not fall from the sky as the infallible word of God. They were written by four different people, and although they had varying degrees of Divine inspiration, they also had a practical agenda for their gospels.

In other words, the four gospels were not written to be put next to each other in the same book, nor did the people writing them think they were bringing forth the infallible word of God that would stand unchanged for all eternity. The gospels were adapted to specific groups of people and thus each gospel is to some degree adapted to the beliefs and culture of the people for whom it was written. This is common knowledge among people who have studied the Bible and the context in which each gospel was written.

It is also common knowledge that the Gospel of Matthew was written in part to convince Jews that I was indeed the Messiah they had been promised in the Torah. Thus, this gospel starts with a genealogy and contains many references to scriptures and prophecies from the past, including the one in the section quoted above: “All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel—which means, ‘God with us.’”

In other words, the gospel was written specifically to tie my life to the Jewish prophecies—the law and the prophets. There are many things in Matthew that are specifically designed to accomplish this goal, meaning that the words and the content will support the writers goal. This is not necessarily false, but certainly there are many other valid ways to describe my ministry and there are many other aspects of my life and teachings that could be described. As John realistically says:

And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. (John 21:25)

It is not commonly understood that the word “virgin” is actually a mistranslation of the Hebrew word “almah” that more correctly means a “pure woman.” This referred to a woman who was living a holy life and who had dedicated her life to serving God, as was Mary before she met Joseph. In other words, women could commit themselves to the celibate path even after having been married and having children, which would still make them pure. Thus, a woman could be pure while not being what modern people call a virgin, meaning that the Old Testament prophecy could actually be fulfilled by Mary even though I was conceived in a physical manner.

Why was the Hebrew word translated as virgin? Because during the formation of the Roman Catholic church, everything possible was done to set me above other people and make me so special that no one could follow in my footsteps. If I was the only person ever to be born by a physical virgin, I must obviously be above and beyond all other people, meaning that no one could possibly follow in my footsteps. This has allowed mainstream Christians, be they Catholic, eastern Orthodox or Lutherans, to ignore some of the passages that clearly point to the fact that I came as an example for all to follow:

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (John 1:12)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (John 14:12)

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Matthew 16:24)

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: (Philippians 1:5)

If you dare to go within and ask the Comforter to reveal the truth to you, you will understand that the Gospel of Matthew seeks to establish my authority as the Messiah in order to convince the close-minded Jews. And later that gospel was mistranslated by close-minded Christians bent on destroying my example by setting me up as an idol that no one can follow. These people took my teachings – given to set people free – and used them to control people by saying people could only be saved by me through the outer church. This is precisely the approach taken by the leaders of the Jewish religion—the very leaders who killed me. I denounced them by saying that the kingdom of God is within you, which means that you can be saved without an outer church.

It is time for modern spiritual people to acknowledge their potential to find the kingdom of God within themselves and thereby be the Christ in embodiment on earth. To do this, they must overcome the belief that the Bible must be infallible in order to be useful. Surely, the gospel writers had Divine inspiration, but their words were adapted to their own consciousness and the consciousness of the people for whom the gospels were written. This is no different from any other genuine revelation, including this website. However, there is a difference in the sense that because humankind have risen in consciousness, I can tell people more on this website today than I could reveal through the Gospel writers 2,000 years ago. And this is proven – undeniably – by my own words:

I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. (John 16:12)

It is therefore high time and past time to set people free from all fear of looking beyond the official Christian scriptures. Dare to let the Comforter guide you beyond what the official churches want you to know. As Moses said to Pharaoh, I now say to the orthodox churches: “Let my people go!” And to the spiritual people who are still trapped in blind adherence to orthodox churches, I repeat God’s words to Abraham:

1Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will show thee:
2And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great. (Genesis, Chapter 12)

  33. Interpretation is not set by God: There are what are called men’s doctrines(intepretations). Like the way u differentiate the ‘father’ with small letter ‘f’ in the book of Proverbs by Solomon and one by Jesus in the New Testament with capital letter ‘F’. TAKE NOTE: Jesus did not write, but they wrote for him: what he could possibly have meant by father is subject to men, considering that the spirit of a prophet is subject to the prophet(1Corin14v32).

The Bible is and must be interpreted to suit a people. When the Bible says: I am the God who brought u out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery(Deut5v6). Each people, or kingdom, like us Blacks, have our unique Egypt situation and we will not define it the same way Israelites wld do today. That is why when u are making
declarations where a name is given u substitute with ur name, like on Isa45v1.

The Bible was not written by 40 people as u suppose but by one person, one life, according to Gen18v19 and that is Abraham who inspired the whole Bible. That is why on Jer35v14, he cld
envy Jonadab, a man. What is common between Abraham and Jonadab is, they both started a people(Ndivanasikarudzi).

You are still oppressed by this world because in as much as you might say people are looking for prosperity ….the only reason you also left those churches is because you didn’t prosper but instead had you gone looking for heavenly prosperity which is righteousNess and right standing with God you would have been satisfied . So now you look for prosperity in your so called hard work …utter rubbish you write here…I shall pray for you because there is a speciAl place in hell for you people who touch the anointed one .

and also we must understand what is the bible, the bible is good but the bible is the history of the Israel people the bible tells us about the oldest prophets of Israel isia, moses, elija etc those were the Israel prophets which is good.
But the question is who are the African oldest prophets?because in times of the elija, isia the was also a prophets even in Africa but we don’t know them.
if we can new those prophets and their work we can know today who is a true prophet or false prophet but we are bizzy with Israel history which is bible while we are neglecting our own African history.
So we need a prophets who will guide us because when God is talking to his people isn’t talking direct by his voice, but God choose a person who God can talk to by using his angles to talk to that person and that person talk to the people which that person God talk to we call him/her prophet.A prophet is a mouth peace of God.if we want to know who is a true prophet or prophets omong this many prophets let us research our uncestor prophets and look their works compare to this young new prophets compring them we we will see the truth thank never mind my English iam an African and I love that, love your self jean you’re black you not white and love your black people, don’t criticis them they go al over wanting the truth thanks a lot ngibonga kakhulu.

  38. A false prophet is a prophet, otherwise he would not be called a prophet at all.
He makes correct predictions and performs miracles, just like the true prophet.

Prophets of Baal were prophets. They were false because they were Jews who didn’t prophecy in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, as invoked by Elija, but Baal, who was Sidonian God. God is a name. They were supposed to prophecy in the Name of Israel.

A FALSE PROPHET IS ONE WHO DOESN’T PROPHECY IN THE NAME OF HIS FATHER.
